Ioshkar-Ola

Ioshkar-Ola Yoshkar-Ola is a town in central part of Russian Federation and is the capital of the Mari El Republic. The word "Yoshkar" means red, the word "ola" means city in Mari native language. The current name is the third to have been given to the city.
